Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 認知症高齢者の方々が小規模な環境で生活されているグループホームです。法人全体で「命と人権をなによりも大切にする」企業理念を掲げ、「笑顔で」「目を見て」「丁寧な言葉で」を基本とするカンフォータブルケアを実践しています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 夜勤専従として以下の業務を担当します

・夕食・夜食サポートと服薬準備

・夜間の排泄介助、見回り、コール対応

・就寝・起床介助、モーニングケア

・入浴介助や身体介助を含む生活援助

・ご入居者様の状態把握と記録業務

・職員との引き継ぎ業務

A. 勉強会や研修制度、事例検討会が充実しており、働きながらスキルアップできます。初任者研修・実務者研修・介護福祉士資格取得時は受講料全額と交通費を法人が支給する資格取得支援制度もあります。

・介護福祉士:25,225円~27,225円

①【出産のとき】

出産見舞金が受けられ、元気に子育てが出来ます

②【医療費支給あり】

グループ内での医療機関を受診したときに支給されます(※共済会制度で給付を認めた院所に限ります)

③【産前産後休暇・病気や怪我で休んだとき】

傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養出来ます

※社会保険とあわせ平均給与の約96.6%が保障されます。

④【病気や怪我で入院したとき】

傷病で医療機関に入院したときの医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が『入院見舞金』として90%支給されます。

⑤【退職されるとき】

退職者慰労会の会員が、所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、『退職一時金』または『退職者慰労金』が受給できます。

⑥【ご不幸にあわれたとき】

指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円〜最大250万円の給付があります。
