仕事内容

  • サービス提供責任者業務

利用者様の状態やご希望に基づく 訪問介護計画書の作成

サービス内容・スケジュールの調整、関係機関との情報共有

担当者会議への参加、ケアマネジャー・医療機関との連携

ヘルパーへの 指導・育成・業務フォロー

サービス品質向上のための記録確認・改善提案

  • 介護保険請求・事務業務

月次の介護保険請求処理

サービス実績の確認、必要書類の作成・管理

電話・来客対応、事務所運営に関わる一般事務

  • 介護業務(必要に応じて)

移乗、入浴、排せつ、食事等の身体介助

生活支援(見守り、環境整備 など)

利用者様の状態把握とスタッフへの共有
