仕事内容


住宅設備に関する修理依頼等のお問い合わせ内容を整理して、修理対応につなぎます。

一次受付が中心のため、専門的な判断は担当部署へ引き継ぎOK

【お仕事内容】

・電話・メール・FAXでの修理依頼受付

・修理内容や進捗状況の確認対応

・折り返し連絡希望のお客様への発信対応

・事業所・取引先からの問い合わせ取次ぎ

・エンジニア・メーカーへの修理手配

・納期確認の発信対応

・メール・FAXの仕分け

・付随する事務・受付業務

  • 対応件数 1時間あたり6~7件程度
