家賃保証サービスにおける、申込人の審査業務をお任せします。

【具体的な業務】

  • 引っ越し、お店や事務所などを開くために物件を借りたい申込者さまの信用審査業務

・取引先(不動産会社)からの審査申込の受付

・内容調査

・本人確認架電

・電話問合せやメール等の対応業務(主に不動産会社さまとのやり取りです)

1人当たりの審査平均対応件数:約10件/日

・年齢構成

20代から40代まで幅広い年齢層のメンバーが計15名ほどで活動しています。

・中途入社比率

約70%が中途入社の社員です。異業種・異職種からの転職者も多く、多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーがお互いに刺激を与え合いながら働いています。

下記いずれかの経験をお持ちの方(正社員経験に限ります)

・不動産管理会社での経験

・金融業界での与信業務経験

・家賃保証業務の経験

業績好調につき、10名程度の増員を計画しています

中央改札口を出て「東口」または「西口」より徒歩1分。

  • 東京メトロ南北線、都営三田線、東急目黒線目黒駅よりお越しの場合

東急連絡改札口を出て「正面口」より徒歩1分。

【勤務時間】シフト制

1日あたりの実働時間:最大7時間30分/日

・勤務時間例:9時30分〜18時00分

・シフト制のため月に2〜3回程度、土日祝いずれかの勤務がございます。

【給与】

年俸 400万円〜650万円

支払方法:年俸額の1/14が月収金額となります。 また、6月と12月に年俸額の1/14を別途支給いたします。 ・年俸改定 年1回(11月)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 49,262円

みなし残業時間 25時間
