お客様企業におけるデータ/アナリティクスを活用した顧客体験変革、ビジネス変革を推進する専門集団として組織に参画していただきます。

現在、顧客や社員のニーズは、企業の変革スピードよりも速く変化しています。このような環境の中で、データを活用しながらの戦略立案・施策推進は企業が生き残るための必須要件となってきています。データを活用したお客様の企業変革の旗振り役として、アクセンチュア ソングに在籍するクリエイティブ集団、また長年強みにしている各業界のコンサルタントと連携し、戦略立案支援〜実施策運用まで一貫した支援を行います。

◆業務内容

・お客様企業に対して、データやAIを活用した多様なテーマ(顧客理解の深化、新規ビジネス構築、サービス見直し、業務プロセス改革、AIソリューション構築、組織・風土改革、人材育成 等)の提案又はプロジェクト推進

・データ駆動型経営改革におけるプロジェクトのコアチームとして、他組織の専門メンバーともコラボレーションしながら戦略立案から実行まで一気通貫でのビジネス価値創出の支援

◆具体的なプロジェクトの例

・顧客データ・購買データを用いたセールス・マーケティング、商品開発のデータ駆動型改革(小売業、消費財製造業、食品メーカー、金融業、保険業など)

・リカーリングビジネスにおける顧客情報・顧客行動を活用した顧客接点のデータ駆動型改革(通信業、エンタメ、電力など)

・過去の研究開発データを活用した研究開発領域でのデータ駆動型改革(医療・製薬業・消費財製造業など)

・生成AIを用いた新規ビジネス・サービスの構築、プロセス改革(各種業界)

・論理的思考力・洞察力、コミュニケーション力等、コンサルタントの基礎的能力のある方

・データ分析経験又はAIソリューション開発経験

・データ分析領域での業務経験又はデータ分析チームとの協業経験

・プログラミングの知識、経験(SQL/Python/R等)

・データ分析手法、統計学の基礎知識

・積極的に問題解決を進めることができるフットワークの軽さとコミュニケーションスキル

・ビジネスレベルの日本語

下記いずれかに該当する方

・データ分析領域での業務経験

・コンサルティング経験

・機械学習エンジニアリング経験

<マネジャー以上>

・社会人経験6年以上

・データ分析領域での業務経験4年以上、コンサルティング経験4年以上

・チーム・組織マネジメント経験(10名程度~数十名規模)

・社外との交渉・折衝を含む調整業務の経験(お客様企業の経営層とやりとりできるコミュニケーション力、主体性、積極性)

◆望ましい経験・スキル

・英語を用いた実務経験(ビジネスレベルの英語力、TOEIC750点以上、海外常駐経験等)

・クラウドサービスのプロジェクト活用経験(AWS/GCP/Azureなど)

・マーケティング基盤(CDP/MAなど)を活用したデータドリブン施策推進経験
