寮での単身住込み管理業務になります。 【共立メンテナンスの「寮」】 当社の寮では一人暮らしを始めた学生さんや、新しい環境で働き始めた若い社会人の方々、単身赴任の会社員の方々など、様々な人々が全国から集い、ともに暮らしています。寮に集うすべての人に、自宅に居るときのように穏やかで健やかに暮らすことができる生活環境を提供したい、それが私たちの願いです。 【寮管理人として働く魅力】 単身で働く寮長・寮母も多数活躍中 働く環境が整っているため安心して勤務でき、仕事と暮らしの両立がしやすいのも魅力です。 学生や若手社会人の成長を間近で見守れる 初めて親元を離れて暮らす学生や、社会人になりたての若者たちが成長する姿を間近で見られるのは、寮管理人ならではの特権です 未経験からでも安心して始められる研修制度 入社時には座学や現地での研修があり、業務マニュアルも整っているため、基礎から安心して学べます。 将来につながる「第二の人生」の選択肢に 寮管理人の仕事は、セカンドキャリアとして選ばれることも多くあります。子育てが一段落した後、定年退職後の新しい挑戦としても適しています。

1.管理業務(業務時間21:00~翌0:00、6:00~9:00)
