職務内容
- 市場性与信管理システムの再構築プロジェクト推進、PMO業務
- 信用リスク計測モデル(PFE等)の精緻化・高度化に関する企画・推進
- フロント部署のモデルオーナーとしてのモデル妥当性検証
- モデル開発部署および2線リスク管理部門との協働・調整
- 市場部門におけるカウンターパーティ信用リスク管理業務
- 与信枠設定・増額等に関するフロント支援および2線との交渉
- グローバル拠点(海外証券・関連会社含む)との連携業務
理想の人材
必須要件(以下いずれか2つ以上)
- PFE等の信用リスク計測モデルに関するシステム開発PMO経験
- 市場性与信・信用リスク管理(ストレス、PFE等)の実務経験・知見
- 海外業務経験、または高い英語力(目安:TOEIC850点以上)

- 信用リスクモデル開発・管理の実務経験(2線経験者歓迎)
- 大規模システム開発におけるPMO経験
- BIツール活用スキル、AI・データ分析に関する知見
