2026年に新しくオープンする中古車販売店で、一緒にお店づくりをしてくれる仲間を募集しています。
「クルマが好き」「人と話すのが好き」「新しい環境でチャレンジしたい」そんな方、大歓迎です。
今回お願いしたいのは、営業スタッフを支える"販売アシスタント"。
営業のようなノルマはなく、お客様からのお問い合わせ対応が中心なので、未経験の方でも始めやすいお仕事です。
- どんなお仕事?
車の仕入れから納車までに発生する、いろいろなサポート業務をお願いします。
といっても、全部を一人で抱える必要はありません。
スタッフみんなで声を掛け合いながら、状況に応じて仕事を分担しています。
具体的には…
- お客様からのお問い合わせ対応(電話・メール・SNS)
- 車の洗車・清掃・展示準備
- 車両の写真撮影、ネット掲載
- 備品・パーツの発注や在庫管理
- 必要に応じて、車両登録のための外出(陸運局など)
- その他、納車までの細かなサポート業務
対面での接客は多くないため、落ち着いて作業に集中できます。

繁忙期は少し忙しくなることがありますが、
普段は8時間勤務でしっかり仕事を終えて、定時で帰るのが基本。
プライベートの時間も大切にしながら働ける環境です。

- 必要な経験・資格
- 普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
※マニュアル車の運転ができる方は歓迎です
- Excel・Word・Teamsなど、基本的なPC操作ができる方
- 電話での応対ができる方
- 対面での接客に抵抗がない方
※専門的な経験はなくても大丈夫です。未経験からスタートしたスタッフも活躍できます。

2026年に新しくオープンする中古車販売店の立ち上げに向けて、新しい仲間を募集します。
現在も本社(越谷市)で国内向けの販売を行っていますが、おかげさまで販売は好調で、すでに人手が足りない状況です。
新店舗がオープンする前に、ゆっくり時間をかけて会社の雰囲気に慣れ、業務の流れを覚えていただけるようにしたいと考えています。
しっかりトレーニングを行い、不安なく新店舗でスタートできる環境を整えています。

埼玉県吉川市美南
最寄り駅:吉川美南駅(武蔵野線)
- 新店舗(吉川美南)が完成するまでは、越谷市蒲生の本社勤務となります。
東武伊勢崎線「新田駅」より徒歩10分の場所です。
新店舗のオープンは 6月頃を予定 しています。
- マイカー通勤はご相談ください。

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 210000円 ~ 250000円
上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
みなし残業代:11,000円~39,000円
みなし残業時間:7.00時間~25.00時間
※試用期間は最長6ヶ月で、その間の雇用形態や条件面に変更はありません。
試用期間あり
