アカウントセールス【フレックスタイム制/課題解決提案/急成長領域の建設DXプロダクト】
【仕事内容】
以下業務をお任せします。
・新規顧客獲得
・問い合わせ顧客に対してのインバウンドセールス対応
・既存ユーザーに対してのアップセル、クロスセル対応
※ご経験に応じて以下の役割も期待しています
・営業計画の検討、提案
・営業メンバーの育成
・チームビルディング

【ミッション】
建設現場施工管理サービスシリーズ、他新規サービスのいずれかの法人営業です。
【担当いただくサービス】
建設現場施工管理サービス「Buildee」シリーズは、スーパーゼネコンをはじめ大手ゼネコンを中心に、2024年で562社、21,656現場にご利用いただいております。現在は「調整会議」「労務安全」「入退場管理」「進捗・歩掛」の4サービスをリリースしていますが、まだまだラインナップを増やす予定です。

- 建設業界・産業廃棄物業界に向けて、自社SaaSプロダクトを提供しており、主力サービス「e-」は多くの大手ゼネコン企業に導入されています。また、SaaSビジネスのため安定した収益が確保できており、創業以来毎年売上アップと好調です。
【募集背景】
今まで、同社はスーパーゼネコンを中心にサービス展開をしてきましたが、本当に同社のサービスを必要とされているのは中小企業です。これは人手不足を解決する社会問題の解決でもあります。これらから中小の企業へのアプローチに同社が力を入れるべきと考え、今回増員することとなりました。
