【職務概要】
ドイツのスタートアップ企業であるNavVis社が開発した、革新的な移動式3Dスキャナー「LXシリーズ」およびクラウドビューワー「IVION」の導入技術支援・運用サポートをご担当いただきます。
取り扱う製品は、従来の測量で用いられるトータルステーションや固定式3Dスキャナーと同等の精度を有しながら、圧倒的なスピードで空間データを取得できる革新的ソリューションです。
また、クラウドビューワー「IVION」を活用し、点群データやパノラマ画像を誰でも・どこからでも利用できる環境づくりを支援いただきます。
【職務詳細】
I-Constructionの推進により、デジタル技術の活用を通じた生産性向上に取り組む建設・測量業界が主な顧客となります。
同ポジションでは、NavVisソリューションの導入・設定・技術支援を中心に、お客様の利用定着・課題解決を支援いただきます。
お客様への製品紹介・デモンストレーション、製品の評価検証(PoC)、導入時の教育と立上げ、導入後のサポートと幅広い業務を担って頂きます。
お客様の現場課題に寄り添い、NavVis製品を安心して活用できる環境を支える役割となります。

【求める人材】
【必須】
・点群データ(Point Cloud)またはCAD/BIMデータを扱った経験
・測量機器(レーザースキャナー、トータルステーション等)の利用経験
・SaaS導入支援、クラウド運用・サポートの実務経験
・CS(カスタマーサクセス)やプリセールスエンジニアとしての実務経験
・データ処理、三次元モデル、図面生成等のワークフロー理解

・英語による技術コミュニケーション(読み書きレベルで可)

年収:600万~1000万程度
月給制:月額300000円
