私たち大起エンゼルヘルプでは、ご入居者の当たり前の日常を過ごせるような支援を大切にしています。

ご入居者の自立した生活をサポートする介護業務をお任せします。

・起床支援

・食事介助

・身体介助

・入浴介助

・就寝支援

・夜間の見守り

・小規模な生活単位で馴染みの関係を大切にするため、各フロアを小規模・小人数でユニットケアを行っているので集団生活にはなりますが、ご入居者のペースで生活していただきます。ご入居者の一人の力では難しい日常生活の行動に私たちが手を差し伸べることで、以前まで出来ていた時のように取り戻すことが大きな役割です。認知症になっても、どんな状態になっても特別な生活ではなく、可能な限り当たり前の日常生活を私たちの支援によって過ごしてもらっています。

<地域密着型特定施設入居者生活介護(ケアホーム東大井とは>

介護付き有料老人ホームやケアハウスのご入居者を対象にしており、尊厳を保持し、有する能力に応じて自立した日常生活が送れるように、入浴・排せつ・食事の介護、生活などの相談やその他日常生活上または療養上の支援、機能訓練を提供するサービスです。介護スタッフが24時間サポートし、看護師が毎日の健康管理を行います。

・日勤9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

・遅番11:00~20:00(休憩60分)

・夜勤18:00~翌11:00(休憩180分)

※3交代シフト制

※夜勤業務は2日勤務扱いです

基本給202,174円+夜勤手当1回あたり5,000円(月給は夜勤6回実施した場合の30,000円含む)

・介護資格をお持ちの方は基本給212,282円

・試用期間中(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)は基本給199,262円

・夜勤業務は月に6回程度

・入社時OJT期間中に育成担当者とともに夜勤に従事した場合、夜勤手当3,000円/回

・処遇職務手当あり(役割に応じて手当が発生します)

・別途3ヶ月毎に処遇改善に基づく一時金支給があり(業績による)

・賞与あり(年2回・業績による)
