当社がプライムとして参画している、大規模プロジェクト(数十名規模)の体制強化

に伴う増員募集です。

Salesforceを活用した内製開発の支援など、顧客の課題解決に直接つながるフェーズ

に携わっていただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・顧客企業の内製開発をリード

・Salesforceの知見を活かし、業務部門との折衝・調整を推進

・ユーザー要望に迅速かつ継続的に応える仕組みを設計・運用

・要件定義~設計・開発~導入支援までの全工程を一貫して担当

・Salesforceによるアプリケーションの設計・開発

【求める人材】

以下のご経験をお持ちの方を歓迎します(経験目安:3年以上)

・Salesforce開発の実務経験(※プロジェクトマネージャとして案件に関わった方で

も可能)

・アジャイル開発プロジェクトへの参画経験

・設計業務の経験、およびセキュリティやネットワークに関する基本的な知識

・PowerPoint/Wordを用いた業務資料の作成スキル

以下のご経験・資格をお持ちの方は、より幅広くご活躍いただけます:

・Excelによるデータ集計・分析(※マクロ作成の経験があると尚可)

・Microsoft 365 や Power Platform(Power Apps、Power Automate)の活用経験

・マルチベンダー環境での開発経験、予算見積・総合テスト(受入試験・評価)の経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
