仕事内容:

教育系ベンチャー企業の本部オフィスで、

働きやすい環境づくりをサポートしてくれる方を募集します。

未経験の方も歓迎

まずはできるところから、

ゆっくり覚えていただければ大丈夫です

【仕事内容】

■1. オフィス環境・備品管理

・備品(消耗品・パンフレット等)の在庫チェック・発注

・オフィスグリーンの水やり、来客用のお茶管理

・来客時の会議室準備・ご案内

・郵便物の受取・仕分け・発送対応

■2. 事務・庶務サポート

・納品書・配達票の整理、ファイリング

・書類のPDFスキャン、データ保存

・社内メールのチェック、掲示物の期限管理

・会議室予約、ZoomURLの発行・登録

・社内回覧物の準備・回収

・テプラ作成、お礼状作成、社内POPの作成 など

★最初から全部できなくて大丈夫

OJT形式で、業務が発生するタイミングに合わせて

丁寧にお教えしますので安心してスタートできます。

業務量は相談しながら調整します。

「今日はここまでにしましょう」など、

無理のない範囲でお任せしていきます。

平日9:30~18:30の間の4~5時間

・1日あたり最大実働5時間

・週3以上入れる方、長期で働ける方歓迎

扶養内勤務OK。
