We are looking for professionals with native-level Japanese language command who can support our mission by providing expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data engineering.

About the Role:

This position is part of JPBU's DD&T Data Management team, specifically within the Data Engineering group. The team handles various aspects of commercial systems, including master management, sales and marketing, MR activities, digital channels, and market data.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Responsibility: As a system owner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of MDM systems, collaborating with vendors, implementing IT standards, improving systems, and participating in new system development projects.
• Ongoing System Development and Maintenance: You will be responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of MDM systems, ensuring they meet Takeda's quality standards and align with global best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MDM systems, databases, and business applications
• Programming skills, including self-driven system development and SQL
• Experience in pharmaceutical-related systems is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, able to resolve issues independently
• Project management skills
• Familiarity with Informatica MDM is an advantage
