顧客へのレジデントエンジニアとして車載クラスター/メーターおよびヘッドアップディスプレイ(HUD)システムの開発を主導。 この職務には機能要件、車両アーキテクチャ、製品の検証、そして部門横断的な連携業務を遂行するための高度な技術専門知識が求められ、又、顧客内及びQuest Global 請負技術チームとのコミュニケーションが欠かせないため、日本語・英語の語学力と、高いコミュニケーションスキルが求められます。

As a resident engineer for the client, you will lead the development of in-vehicle cluster/meter and head-up display (HUD) systems.

This role requires advanced technical expertise in functional requirements, vehicle architecture, product validation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Communication within the client and with Quest Global's contracted technical teams is also essential, so you will need to be fluent in both Japanese and English, as well as have excellent communication skills.

ハイレベルの車両要件を詳細なシステム仕様および機能アーキテクチャに反映
顧客内及びTier 1サプライヤーのソフトウェア/ハードウェア開発チームとテスト部門と協力してシステム開発を実施
システムインターフェース、通信プロトコル、およびその実装計画立案。システム実装へのサポートを提供し、システムレベルの問題を解決
製品仕様、ソフトウェアモジュール、テスト結果など仕様コンセプトから結果に至るまで、Tier1サプライヤーの開発成果物のレビューを実施し、要求仕様や各種・法規への準拠を確認
HIL、SIL、E2Eテストなどの製品評価を実施し、要求仕様に対する整合性を検証
機能安全(ISO 26262)、各種自動車規格及び規制要件への準拠状況を確認
顧客開発マネジメント層への製品開発マイルストーンに対する開発進捗状況・リスク管理の定期的な報告
製品開発の一環として、Tier1サプライヤーの要求仕様要件の明確化、Q&A対応、課題解決を実施
Lead the development of cluster/meter and HUD systems aligned with vehicle architecture and OEM requirements.
Translate high-level vehicle requirements into detailed system specifications and functional architectures.
Collaborate with the customer's and Tier 1 supplier's software/hardware development teams and test departments to develop systems.
Plan system interfaces, communication protocols, and their implementation. Provide system implementation support and resolve system-level issues.

Review Tier 1 supplier development deliverables, including product specifications, software modules, and test results, from concept to outcome, to ensure compliance with requirements and various regulations.

Perform product evaluations such as HIL, SIL, and E2E testing to verify compliance with requirements.
Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO and various automotive standards and regulations.
Regularly report development progress and risk management against product development milestones to customer development management.
Clarify Tier 1 supplier requirements, respond to Q&A, and resolve issues as part of product development.

CAN、CAN-FD、車載Ethernetを含むECU間通信に関する知識
機能安全(ISO 26262)および自動車規格に対する理解、クラスター/メーターおよびHUDに要求される高い安全性・信頼性に対する理解
車載ECUのオンボード診断、障害検出、エラーログ、トラブルシューティングに関する知識
バイリンガルコミュニケーションスキル(英語・日本語)とコミュニケーション力
リーダーシップ、問題解決能力
Experience and knowledge of product development in the automotive industry
Experience developing cluster/meter and HUD products and functions
Practical design experience and skills in requirements analysis, functional architecture, interface definition, traceability verification, and validation
Experience with cross-departmental communication, scheduling and management, and development with Tier 1 supplier management
Knowledge of inter-ECU communication, including CAN, CAN-FD, and automotive Ethernet
Understanding of functional safety (ISO and automotive standards, and the high safety and reliability required for cluster/meter and HUD
Knowledge of on-board diagnostics, fault detection, error logging, and troubleshooting for automotive ECUs
Bilingual communication skills (English and Japanese) and communication abilities
Leadership and problem-solving skills
