■募集背景
デザイナーズオフィスからワークデザインに事業領域を拡大している当社。今後もお客様の希望に応えていくため、案件数・案件規模を増やすことになりました。そこで、プロジェクトの進行管理を担当するプロジェクトマネージャーを新しく募集します。プロジェクトごとにグループを組んで案件進行をしていくため、中長期的に熱心にスキルアップに励んでくれる方をお迎えしたいと考えています。
■業務概要
オフィスの移転・改装プロジェクトマネージャーとして、受注した案件の進行・コスト管理・スケジュール管理・アフターフォローまで、お客様に寄り添いながらマネジメントしていただきます。クライアントは、勢いあるベンチャー企業から大手企業、さらには大手デベロッパーなどさまざまです。会社の課題やオフィスデザインのニーズをヒアリングしながら、デザイナー、施工管理担当(CM)と連携し、各部署とコミュニケーションを取り、チーム体制で業務に取り組みます。また、空間だけでなく、HP・パンフ・ロゴ・名刺等、企業をとりまくデザインをトータルに提案することが弊社の強みです。年間の受注率は約73%と高く、クライアント目線での提案力の高さを実感していただけます。
<具体的な仕事内容>
・プロジェクトマネジメント業務の専門としてチームを主導
・コンセプト立案や提案までの一連の事を企画し、プレゼンテーションを実施
・全体の工程管理からコスト管理、引き渡し、アフターフォローまで一貫してサポート

【給与】
月額(基本給):350,000円~700,000円
固定残業手当/月:25,400円~50,800円(固定残業時間10時間0分/月)
超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給
