リクルーター/採用広報担当(リーダー~アシスタントマネージャーポジションを想定)

※スキルや実績に応じ、管理職級としての採用も検討します

リクルーティング業務(スタート時の主業務)

・会社説明会の運営

・面接の日程調整・問い合わせ対応

・面接対応

・オファーレター/内定通知書作成

・内定者懇親会・オンボーディング対応

・求人原稿作成(写真撮影含む)

・スカウト配信・運用(ダイレクトリクルーティング)

・エージェント対応、新規開拓

また、広報活動・企業ブランディングを強化する方針のため、クリエイティブな仕事にも積極的に挑戦したい方は大歓迎です

広報業務(希望・適性に応じて挑戦可)

・採用広報企画の立案

・SNS運用(X・TikTok・Instagram・Wantedlyなど)

・広報記事・動画の制作

・オウンドメディア更新

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥416,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥36,368〜¥43,238(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※上記給与はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性あり
