マーケティング企画(国内クライアント担当)〈世界に向けてアートイベントの企画をプロデュース〉

【仕事内容】

クライアントのニーズとネイキッドがもっている価値を結びつけて、アート・デザインをモチーフにしたイベントのプランニングや地方創生プロジェクトなどでクライアントからの要望に応えていくプロデュース業務をお任せします。

クライアントワークを中心に各案件のメイン担当として、企画・コンセプトの設計から制作進行まで担い各案件のプランナーとしてプロジェクト全体を担う重要なポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・クライアントとのリレーション構築

・プロジェクトの企画開発、提案

・プロジェクトの進行管理、コスト管理

・社内外スタッフのアサイン&マネージメント

・自社IPのビジネス活用、収益化&セールス

・R&D(研究開発)、トレンド調査

450万円〜550万円

月給制 基本給237546円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月30時間分として54540円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
