- 戦略策定・実行
・日本市場のニーズを分析し、他部門と連携した売上目標達成のための戦略策定・実行
・競合動向や業界トレンドの分析に基づく商品・サービス改善提案による事業成長の推進
- チームマネジメント
・日本営業チームの指導・育成、業務計画の策定及びメンバー能力向上のための研修実施
・開発部門/財務部門/法務部門など各部署との連携強化による効果的なサービス体制構築
- 顧客開拓・維持
・日本企業/パートナーとの信頼関係構築による新規顧客獲得と既存顧客満足度向上
・重要案件の交渉・契約締結の主導、クイックレスポンスによる顧客課題解決
- マーケティング・リスク管理
・業界展示会やイベント活用による企業認知度向上
・市場変動や規制リスクの継続的モニタリングと適切な対応策の実施
- データ分析・報告
・営業実績と顧客フィードバックの定期的な分析に基づく経営陣への報告と改善提案
求める人材:
■応募資格
・5年以上の営業管理経験(日本企業での実績必須)
・デジタル広告/ITサービス/製造業のいずれかの業界経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・日本企業の組織文化への適応力
・高いコミュニケーション能力
