【プロジェクトマネージャー(RPO新サービス企画開発)】 ※リモートワーク・フレックス制度有※

新サービスではありますが、役割分担、業務体制をしっかり構築しており、自身のご経験をすぐに活かしていただける環境です。
上記も踏まえ一緒に新サービスを大きくする一躍を担っていただける方を募集します。
【業務内容】・プロジェクトマネジメント業務
案件受注後のプロジェクトマネジメントを担います。プロジェクト開始以降はプロジェクトマネージャーとして、プロジェクトの
品質管理、メンバーコンディションのフォローを行います。?外部パートナーも含めたディレクターやリクルーターが中心となって
デリバリー(実際のスカウトなどの採用活動)を担当します。プロジェクトマネジメントがメインとなりますが、リピート提案なども担当。
・新サービス開発業務
顧客の課題やニーズに応えたサービスを提供できるようにするため、既存サービスだけでなく、新サービス開発も行っております。
今回ご入社いただく方には、私たちと一緒に新サービスの立ち上げにもお力添えいただきたいと考えております。
各業界・職種の専門知識は入社時点では必ずしも必要とはなりません。専門性を持った人材がサポートする体制を構築しています。
【入社後】 まずは小規模採用プロジェクトのご提案とフォローからお任せします。慣れるまでは先輩が並走/フォローする環境です。
また、採用領域で高い専門性を持ったプロフェッショナルと一緒に進めるプロジェクトのため、多くの学びがあります。

【年収・給与】
500万円~900万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
