[正社員]産業用タイヤのルート営業

丸中ゴム工業は、フォークリフトや

建設機械などの「働く車」に

使用される特殊タイヤを主に

取り扱う専門商社です。

取引先には車両メーカーや

タイヤ販売店が含まれ、

商品の特殊性により競合は少なめ。

1981年の創業以来、

一貫してニーズがあり、

業績は順調に拡大しています。

既にお取引のあるお客様に対して、

既存の商品を提案する

ルート営業を行っていただきます。

お客様のリクエストに応じて、

既存の商品ラインナップにない場合は、

新しい仕入れ先を探して商品を

取り扱うこともあります。

また、商品の出荷業務もあるので、

自分のペースで業務を少しずつ

覚えていってくださいね。

入社後は、まず座学での講習や

配送センターでの実習を通じて、

実際の商品を扱いながら

必要な知識を身につけることから

始めていきます。

その後は、経験豊かで世話好きな

先輩の指導のもと、

既存のお客様を一社ずつ

引き継ぐことになります。

何事も親切・丁寧に教えて

いくので、未経験の方もご安心を

毎月、社内で勉強会を開催

しているため、タイヤなどに関する

最新情報も随時アップデートも可能です。

消耗品であるタイヤは定期的な

交換が必要となるため、

連絡を取ったり、訪問する

タイミングも定期的になります。

その際に合わせて、

「タイヤを入れ替えませんか?」

と声をかけたり、

すり減り具合が激しいようなら

「空気入りタイヤから

ノーパンクタイヤへ

交換しませんか?」

と提案を行っていきます。

お客様の潜在的なニーズを察知して

困りごとを先回りして

解決していくのがこの仕事の

面白みでもあります。

将来的には、既存のお客様との

やり取りの中から新たなニーズを発掘し、

新商品を通じて問題解決を図ったり、

既存のお客様から同業の

お知り合いをご紹介いただくなどして、

新規のお取引先を開拓したり

できることをお任せします

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

9:00~18:00

※残業は月30時間を超えることはまずありません。

※営業職は直行直帰OK

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万1410円 〜 25万1650円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万9590円 〜 6万1350円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

・450万円/入社3年目 25歳(月給27万円+手当+賞与)
