調剤薬局のお客様からレセプトコンピューターにおけるコール受付対応業務をしていただきます。のお客様からのコール受付対応業務をしていただきます。
■具体的な業務内容:
・電話対応、リモート操作による医療機関(医院・薬局)に設置されているレセプトコンピューターの操作問い合わせ
・ハード故障やシステム不具合の切り分け対応

■働き方
下記のようなシフト制。週に2回は休みあり。
平日:12:30~21:20/14:10~23:00
土曜日:8:20~17:10/14:10~23:00
日曜祝日:8:20~17:10/12:10~21:00
残業も月10時間程度とワークライフバランスを保ちやすい環境です。
