仕事内容:

◆新築工事現場にて施工管理業務をお任せします
◆工程管理・安全管理・品質管理などの一連の施工管理業務をお任せします
◆業者手配、業者の追廻し、報告書のまとめなどの業務全般もお願いします
◆各業者との打ち合わせへのご参加もお願いします
求める人材:
◆建築施工管理の実務経験がある方 ※必須
◆Word・Excelの基本操作が可能な方 ※必須
◆周囲の方たちと円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
勤務時間・曜日:
08:00~17:00(休憩1h・実働8h)
※月20~40時間程度の残業がございます
休暇・休日:
◆土・日・祝/年末年始休暇・GW・夏季休暇
◆継続就業6ヶ月後より有給休暇付与
◆産休・育休実績有り

給与:
時給1,700円~2,000円 ※スキル・ご経験に依り応相談
◆月収例:時給1,900円の場合=319,200円(1,900円×8h×21日)
◆残業代例:基本時給1,900円・30時間の場合=71,250円
