【仕事内容】

MEO対策を軸に、クライアントの集客課題に向き合いながら

戦略立案〜改善提案・運用まで一貫して関わっていただきます。

単なる運用代行ではなく、

「どう集客するか」「なぜこの施策なのか」を

クライアントと一緒に考えるポジションです。

<主な業務内容>

  • Googleビジネスプロフィールの運用・最適化(MEO対策)
  • 口コミ対策・投稿内容の企画、改善提案
  • データ分析(表示回数・検索数・行動データなど)
  • 集客課題のヒアリング、戦略立案
  • クライアントへのレポーティング・改善提案
  • 必要に応じて、WEB施策(LP・SNS・広告等)との連携提案

勤務時間・曜日:

・フレックスタイム制

┗ コアタイム:11:00〜16:00

┗ フレキシブルタイム:7:00〜11:00/16:00〜22:00

・リモート×出社のハイブリッド勤務OK(週2〜3日出社が目安)

・PC・モニターなど業務ツール支給(希望スペックに対応)

・試用期間中(6ヶ月)は出社勤務

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・年間休日120日以上

・夏季休暇・年末年始休暇あり

・有給休暇(入社半年後に10日付与)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥33,800〜¥60,900(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・月給:25万円〜45万円(スキル・経験により決定)
