【リニューアルオープンした西武池袋本店ここが百貨店の最前線。あなたの挑戦を待ってます(^^)】

【業務内容】

インフォメーション受付(奉仕・交換・放送)

  • お客様への案内・接客

・インフォメーション拠点での店内案内(周辺施設も含む)

・ベビーカーや車いすの貸し出し管理

・迷子、体調不良者等の対応

・駐車券認証対応

・開店前や混雑時のエレベーター誘導

・高齢の方、お身体の不自由なお客さまへのお買い物のお手伝い(研修制度あり)

・店内情報収集のための店内巡回

  • 店内アナウンス(放送)

・店内のブランドやサービス・施設を理解したうえで、機械操作等習得していただき実施。(入社1年後以降予定)

・業務に付随する簡単な事務作業(伝票処理、PCシステム入力)

【必須条件】

・勤務は、シフト勤務(早番・遅番)、また、土日祝勤務可能な方

・接客経験がある方

・PC基本操作が可能な方(Word、Excelの簡単な入力ができる)

【その他】

・1日のワークスケジュールあり。マンツーマン指導予定。

・制服:黒色の上下スーツ着用(各自用意)

・店頭繁忙期は、他フロアでの案内応援業務あり。

実働時間:7時間30分/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金・土・日・祝

・勤務時間:

シフトサイクル:1ヶ月

シフト提出期限:シフト開始の45日前

週基本固定シフトになります。

【必須条件】・週5日勤務・早番遅番できる方・土日祝いずれか勤務できる方

【実働時間】 7:30(休憩60分)

【基本勤務時間】9:30~20:15内でシフト勤務制

・残業はほぼありません(繁忙期や店頭の状況によって変動あり)

給与


月給 19万800円~21万4000円

(一律手当を含む)

基本月給:190,800~214,000円

※試用期間6か月(契約内容は同様です)

※基本、試用期間後その後無期雇用に変更(定年60歳制度になります)

※評価により昇給制度あり

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給

バス代は1.5キロ以上が乗車対象区間になります。
