This automation job will focus on the following scope:
- Help our ordering system (DSX) automation expert based in Tokyo with automation improvement project.
- Perform data analysis on current transactions to analyze causes of non-automation,
- Create ordering system (DSX) mid/long term enhancement requirements to improve automation rates in alignment and track these enhancements till completion (including negotiations in English about negotiations with global Information System team owners, User Acceptance Tests,...),
- Work with the 3DS eco system (shared service center located in India) in order to support the deployment of tactical RPAs to deliver quick value while ordering system is being enhanced.
- Coordination of RPA (Robot Process automation) projects starting with understanding of end users current process and automation needs, creation of specification documents and interactions with Information System team
- Support future partners projects focused on integration of Partner CRM system with DS ordering system using web services
Mandatory:
- Experience with Transaction data analysis using tools such as Business Intelligence (BI), Excel pivot tables,...
- Several years of experience with VBA/RPA (Robot Process Automation) programming and a working knowledge of related topics such as code change management,...
- Knowledge about Order to Cash processes with a focus on orders management
- Experience with the management of ordering systems enhancement handling including requirement defintion, User Acceptance tests,... ideally in an Agile developement context
- Experience working as part of a global team
Good to have:
- General understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and practical experience with Python for automation or data analysis.
- Team Leadership: Prior experience in team management or project leadership is a plus.
