Perform data analysis on current transactions to analyze causes of non-automation,
Create ordering system (DSX) mid/long term enhancement requirements to improve automation rates in alignment and track these enhancements till completion (including negotiations in English about negotiations with global Information System team owners, User Acceptance Tests,...)
,Work with the 3DS eco system (shared service center located in India) in order to support the deployment of tactical RPAs to deliver quick value while ordering system is being enhanced.
Coordination of RPA (Robot Process automation) projects starting with understanding of end users current process and automation needs, creation of specification documents and interactions with Information System teamSupport future partners projects focused on integration of Partner CRM system with DS ordering system using web services
