The System Division is an organization that can engage in all tasks related to its all system, such as planning, development, operation and maintenance, etc., ranging from basic business systems to user applications for iPhone / Android.
As taking on the important role of IT that determines the success or failure of the banking business, which is a social infrastructure, you can also enjoy the taste of it.
PositionWhy We Hire
In this position, IT Architect -Bank System Development will play a key role in product development from a technology standpoint.
You will have both a technical and business perspective, and will turn high-level business problems into high-level technical architecture designs or solutions.
Work with various stakeholders to define long-term strategies and roadmaps
Understand software specification and convert them to solid design satisfying non-functional requirements
Help improve current application by improving performance and scalability
Standardization for technical solution, development process and coding rule
Management of technical risk for stable system operation
Communicate with key stakeholders and help improve the capability of the team
Mandatory Qualifications
Design and implementation experience of Web-layer and Java architectures (15 years or more)
Advanced ability of design and development of application and non-functional requirements (5 years or more)
Senior reviewer of system design and source code (5 years or more)
Experience of being in charge as a lead engineer (5 years or more)
Excellent negotiation / communication skills
Excellent logical thinking ability, flexibility and multitasking resistance
Aggressiveness and sense of initiative
Curious about new services and technologies, self-studying ability
Excellent motivator
Desired Qualifications
Team leading experience, group management experience
Design or/and standardization experience of development processes
Experience in selection, adoption, introduction and practical use of system architectures
Architecture concept planning and realization of next generation system
Making engineer recruitment plan and branding, recruitment and training
