人材コーディネーターの新しい仲間を募集します

当社の働き方はリモート勤務を基本としつつも、お客様との打ち合わせやチームでの連携、社員との面談など、状況に応じて出社が必要となる場合があります。週に数回の出社や、柔軟な対応をお願いすることになりますが、もちろん在宅での業務も可能です。

【業務内容】

派遣スタッフの採用~派遣活用のご提案までをお任せします。

スタッフ向け活動(例)

・求人作成(illustrator、photshopなども使います)

・弊社従業員のサポート・アフターフォロー

・写真撮影&社員インタビュー

企業向け活動(例)

・採用計画、希望する人材のヒアリング

・採用計画の立案及び提案

・掲載開始後の分析と企業への報告

・内定~入職後までのフォロー

・新規開拓

・クライアント運営(実績/勤怠管理)

【入社後の流れ】

  • STEP1:入社後~研修

まずは面接、提案、人材管理などの引き継ぎと研修があります。

未経験でも安心して一から学べるマニュアルを用意しております。

  • STEP2:研修終了後

営業支援チームなどでのOJT研修、現場研修を通じて実践的な経験を積んでいきます。

  • STEP3:キャリアアップ(昇給・昇格あり)

すごろく式の明確な評価基準。

毎月の目標を達成することで、インセンティブと基本給が上がります。

フィードバックや社内資源を活用し、着実に成績を積み上げられます。

面接確約ではありませんが、ご応募いただいた方全員に目を通し、書類選考を通過された方にはご連絡を差し上げます。

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
