事業拡大に伴う増員採用です。現場管理(工事の進行・安全管理)をお任せします。
大手完成車メーカーなど、製造業のお客様に対して、工業炉・環境炉のルート営業、メンテナンスや導入の現場管理(工事の進捗、安全管理)を行います。
創業当時からの顧客も多く、長期にわたって信頼頂いています。
まずは先輩へのOJT、商材知識の習得から慣れて頂き、将来的には専門性高くご活躍頂けるポジションです。
※外勤メインですが、本社で事務処理を行う落ち着いた日も多くあります。

【工業炉とは?】
鉄やアルミを溶かし、加工するための巨大な設備です。自動車や飛行機、新幹線、鉄柱や飲料缶などあらゆるモノづくりに関わっていて、日本全国で約40,000基の工業炉があります。
メンテナンス需要も定期的に発生するため、景気に左右されず事業も安定しています。

日本の製造業を支える工業炉の専業会社として、約60年の歴史を重ねてきています。
官公庁との取引もあり、納品した工業炉のメンテナンス需要は定期的に発生するため事業も安定。

【教育体制について】
入社後、最初の半年程度は商品・業界知識はもちろん、現場管理方法や営業方法等、先輩社員がOJTを通して丁寧に教育します。
未経験からの中途入社者も多く、前職はディーラーやアパレル店員など。
数年かけて1人前になって頂く想定の為、少しずつ1人前になって頂ければ問題ございません。

※入社までに普通自動車免許(MT)の取得が必須です。
