当社のデイサービスは、ご自宅で生活している要介護者の方を送迎車で迎え、入浴・食事・排泄等の支援を行いながら、ご家族の介護負担軽減を図るサービスです。社会とのつながりを大切にするため、毎日外出活動も実施しています。

◆安心のサポート体制◆

慣れないうちは職員が同行するため、運転や介護が初めての方でも安心してスタートできます。充実した研修制度で、基礎知識から専門技術まで段階的に学べます。

試用期間: 入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日までは時給1,226円
