How You'll Make An Impact
- Contributor to our business growth strategy by taking ownership of site HSE requirements.
- Support site / project manager to ensure new wind farms meet our HSE requirements.
- Support Site Managers to continuously identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support Site Manager to plan and coordinate HSE training programs for new on-site technicians.
- Support with the planning and coordination of regular QM&HSE safety campaigns, workshop and trainings.
- Point-of-contact for site HSE issues.
- Weekly to monthly reporting of HSE status and progress of issues / initiatives.
- Participation to weekly Global Safety Meeting
- Undertake HSE audit of site quarterly basis
- Selection of PPEs
- Review required certification/license for site activities
- Support HSE Manager to investigate HSE incident, including implementation of corrective actions.
What You Bring
- Experience and Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation, regulations, and HSE management systems
- Field observation and active risk assessment
- Experienced and successful in establishing good working relationships with all levels of the organization, from managers to primary workforce
- Japanese and Englis;Communicates effectively in an influential and assertive manner effectively; demonstrates effective listening skills
- Customer focused mind set, able to establish effective working relationships with clients (internally & externally)
