■Handling Korean Group Company Correspondence (in Japanese) (60%)

Serving as the contact point for quotes, orders, repairs, complaints, and other communications

■Overseas Trade Correspondence (30%)

Document preparation, logistics arrangements, etc.

■Overseas Customer Correspondence (in English) (10%).
