仕事内容
【業務内容】
フルサイクルエンジニアとして、比較的小規模の開発案件について一連の業務をご担当いただきます。
受注活動や開発業務の経験が少ない方は当社エンジニアと同行して経験を積んで頂ける環境がございます。
- 受注活動、要件定義、開発、保守
- 案件例 :EUC開発(案件管理、費用管理、文書管理など)、
ウェブアプリ、iOS・Androidアプリ、MS Officeベースアプリ、AIアプリ開発
- 開発環境:WindowsもしくはLinuxが主となります
- 利用言語:特段の定めはありませんので、ご自身の得意な言語から開始いただけます。
(代表的な言語)PHP、JavaScript、C#など
(代表的なDB)MySQL、PostgreSQL、Oracleなど
※経験の少ない言語や技術領域については、外部研修を含め必要な教育を受けて頂けます。
【業務の特徴】
100%自社持ち帰りの受託開発を行っている点です。大手コンサルティング会社を始めとしたユーザー顧客から直接受注した小規模のソフトウェア開発案件を自社オフィスもしくはリモートワーク環境にて開発、納品しています。客先への派遣、下請け業務はありません。開発プロジェクトの多くは1人または少人数で担当し、納期も多くは数ヶ月のもので開発規模は比較的小規模なものになります。提案には採用する言語や開発ツールも含まれ、技術を含むプロジェクト全体をコントロールすることができます。ソリューションとして適切であれば高度な最新技術を提案、実現することも可能です。
求めている人材
【必須(MUST)】
ソフトウェア開発企業やシステムインテグレーター、フリーランスの受託開発などで、要件定義から設計、実装、テストまで一貫して担当した経験が3年以上ある方(開発言語は問いません)

勤務時間詳細
総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間
コアタイム:10:00~16:00
休日休暇

・完全週休2日制 / ⼟⽇祝⽇休み
・年末年始休日(12月30日~1月4日)

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 38万5000円 〜 62万円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり8万3000円 〜 13万3000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり35時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
期末賞与:会社が利益を出した場合、個人の貢献度に応じた金額を支給。年1回(6月)、直近5年では毎年支給。
通勤手当:全額実費を支給いたします。
