具体的なお仕事内容について

提案型のルート営業職のお仕事をお任せ致します。

  • 1エリア内のお客様に訪問しガス器具等の安全点検

ガス・電気設備に

関わるお仕事の為、

生活をお守りする使命感を

持っていく事が大切です。

  • 2当社商材のご提案並びに、ガス器具修理対応

器具知識や修理作業を覚える事で

現場での対応も徐々に

スムーズになっていきます。

  • 3導入頂いたガス機器の設置、開閉栓作業など

作業を実施しながらも同時に

笑顔でのコミュニケーションを

意識していきましょう。

日常生活のお困り毎を

ご相談されるようになる事で

ご提案の幅も拡がっていきます。

【具体的な仕事のシーン】

営業(ルートセールス)の

仕事では当社が取り扱う

「ひまわりガス」

「ひまわり灯油」等の

エネルギーを個人および

法人のお客様に確認やご案内をします。

独自の点検である

「ひまわり点検」や、

4年に1度の法定点検の中で

お客様との信頼関係を構築しながら、

ガス器具の買い替えや

リフォームの相談などにも

対応していきます。

ご家庭に訪問させて頂き、

普段ご利用されているガスの点検や

家庭用のコンロや給湯器などの調子を伺ったりと、

細やかなお客様フォローがメインとなります。

「販売2種・設備士・乙4/オツヨン」

・高圧ガス販売主任者(第2種)

・液化石油ガス設備士

・危険物取扱者(乙種)

※資格をお持ちでない方も入社後に取得すればOK

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日

8:45~17:15(実働7.5時間)

*1か月の年間平均残業時間は月10時間程度

給与詳細


基本給:月給 23万450円 〜 30万1860円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

*上記には17,450~22,860円(残業時間10時間分を固定残業代として一律支給)を含みます。

*固定残業代は、残業がない場合も支給し、超過した分は、残業代として別途支給いたします。

残業は1分単位で手当が出ます。

年収550万円(月給35万円)/30代/営業リーダー(営業経験有・事業推進の経験有)
