【職務内容】

・品質統括部の方針に基づき、グループの目標・重点施策を遂行する。

・生産に直接関わる原料・バルク・包装資材および最終製品の品質評価を実施し、品質レベルの維持・管理の実務を行う。

・各種依頼試験(工程モニタリング・バリデーション・社内外依頼試験及び苦情調査に関わる試験・安定性モニタリング等)を実施・評価する。

・品質関連事項につき、工場内外の関連部署と連携・調整を図り、品質向上、問題解決を図る。

・HPS Japan及び工場の戦略に基づいてグループに関わるBPE活動を推進し、業務の最適化を提案するとともに後輩を指導する。

【業務詳細】

・グループの計画に基づいて、グループ目標と重点施策を遂行する

・関連部署, 関連会社(生産本部内外、海外BI Sites、委託先)との円滑な業務を維持する

・品質管理業務に要する技術力を維持する

・原料・バルク・包装材料及び最終製品の品質管理試験の信頼性を確保する

・品質評価システムを維持向上する

・グループにおけるEHSを維持・向上する

・マネージャーをサポートし、グループにおける組織開発および人財開発を実現する

<応募資格>

【経験】

以下いずれかをお持ちの方(経験年数は問いません)

・製薬メーカー(原薬含む)での品質管理業務経験

・製薬メーカー以外(食品・化学系)での品質管理業務経験

・化学/薬学/医学系の研究機関等での分析関連業務経験

【資格】

・大卒以上(化学、薬学、生物学(またはその他の自然科学)の学位)
