需要予測を基に、最終製品及び半製品(バルク)の生産計画(自社工場)を適時作成する。
生産計画を基に、原薬、副原料、包装資材の発注を行うとともに、それらの適切な在庫レベルを維持する。

Secure the stable supply of finished goods to the Japanese markets and Bulk products to the regional markets through adequate creation and adjustment of production plan (own plant) and maintain adequate inventory level.

Make a production plan (own plant) of finished goods and bulk based on demand forecast in a timely manner
Order Active ingredient, Excipients, packaging materials based on production plan and maintain adequate inventory level of them.

適切な生産計画を立てるために国内市場においてはコマーシャルSCM部ディマンドマネジメントグループ、工場、財務本部、および戦略パートナー、リージョナル市場においてはベーリンガーネットワークの製造サイトとの良好な関係を維持する

バリデーション生産を適切に製造計画に組込み、十分な検証がされるよう手配する

Contribute to achieve group targets which are cascaded from department strategy

Achieve KPI targets
Discuss and implement measures of productivity improvement

Realize stable production and procurement of the products in CHC business

Make a production plan of in-house products and a procurement plan of necessary raw materials
Make a purchase plan for original manufacturing equipment and arrange the order and the delivery date

Keep good relationships with Demand Management Group(Commercial SCM Dept.), Finance Div. and Co-partners for Japanese markets, Manufacturing sites within the Boehringer network for regional markets in order to make a precise production and procurement plan

Create Win-Win situation between functional teams
Close tie with concerned functions
Inform own opinion actively on the meeting
Coordinate and negotiate with related department

Support to the all launch schedules

Incorporate Validation Production into the production schedule properly and arrange the products to be validated fully
Design and implement production for initial production
Produce right quantity of products in time

■Special Work Experience

経験

製薬業界に関わらずサプライチェーン(在庫管理、生産管理、物流管理のいずれか)の3年以上の実務経験
ロジスティックに関する経験、プロダクションGMP・GDPの知識・経験(尚可)

Experience

Experience in supply chain management (inventory, production, or logistics management), regardless of the pharmaceutical industry.

(3 years)

Experience in logistics, knowledge and experience in production GMP/GDP desirable.

知識

製品、生産工程、物流プロセス、調達プロセス、会計、原価計算に関する総合的な知識(尚可)
企業基幹システム(ERP)に関する総合的な知識(マスターデータ、BOM、MRP等)(尚可)

Knowledge

Overall knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, distribution process, procurement process, accounting and cost accounting desirable.
Overall knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system(Master Data, BOM, ) desirable.

資格

大学卒以上(専攻は問わない)、もしくは前述の経験・知識を有する人
ビジネスレベルの英語力(必須)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or above (any major), or experience and knowledge described above.
