昨今では、改革の早期化を目的にSAPなどデファクトソリューションが採用されるケースが多く、我々も該当する体制の構築を進めています。

【業務内容】
幹部として、SAPビジネス拡大に向けた人材育成・案件獲得・施策推進を行っていただきます。
※スキル・ご経験により相談可
・人材育成:
新入社員、スクラッチSEからの転換、キャリアアップなどSAPコンサルタントの育成をデザインし、推進する。
・案件獲得:
NECグループ全体のSAPビジネススキームの中でグループ会社間で連携して提案、役割分担、体制構築を行います。
受注後は要員管理、BP調達、品質確保などPMOとしてプロジェクト状況を確認し、プロジェクト責任者の指導を行います。
・施策推進:
SAPビジネス拡大のために必要な取り組みを定義し、施策検討、実施を推進する。
【想定プロジェクト】
SAP事業推進体制
・2023年度末(2024/3):社員約150名
・2025年度末には社員:約500名体制を目指す

第一EA統括部
【配属事業部の紹介】
・同部署は、複数領域を跨る大規模プロジェクトや単一領域に閉じるプロジェクト等様々ですが、部門内においては領域間の壁が無く、職制グループ/プロジェクトグループいずれにおいてもチームでの闊達なコミュニケーションが見られます。
・リモートワーク下においてもコミュニケーションツールを活用して密なコミュニケーションを実現しています。
リモートワーク下における新入社員や中途採用社員の受け入れも十分な実績があり、スムーズにチームに合流できています。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
以下いずれかに該当される方
・SAP PM経験(億単位を2年程度以上)
・SAPコンサルタントとしてのプロジェクト経験(5年程度以上)
・SAP事業の拡大への挑戦意欲
・SAP Srコンサルタント育成意欲
【歓迎要件】
・SAPの事業運営経験をお持ちの方
【給与】
年収 1000 ~ 1400 万円
賞与年2回(管理職:年1回)、昇給年1回
ご経験などにより変動がございます。
※同社定年制が60歳のため上記年齢以上の方については、雇用形態が嘱託社員(1年ごとの契約社員)となります。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
