● 仕事内容 フッ素化学製品(樹脂・ガス・化成品)製造設備のプラント全体、あるいはその構成要素となる機器設計・配管設計を行うエンジ
ニアリング業務(新規プロセス検討、工場内レイアウト検討、見
積検討、予算管理、工程管理、試運転等)。
事業拡大に伴う海外を含めた大型プラント建設、既存設備の能力 ●仕事内容2 増強に関わるプロジェクトを最初から最後まで一貫して行うだけ
でなく、プロセス改善による省人化、コストダウンのための構想
、設計思想の標準化などの業務にも幅広く参画して頂きます。 ●仕事のやりがい 化学事業部は世界第二位のフッ素化学を核とし、国内のみならず
米国、欧州、中国にも工場を持つグローバル事業を展開していま
す。国内事業所のみならず海外拠点も含めグローバルに新規設備
建設に携わる事ができます。
社内外の多くの人と関わる建設プロジェクトに参画し、その中で ●仕事のやりがい2 、最終的にはその建設プロジェクトをマネージメントする立場を
目指してもらいます。特に昨今の事業拡大に伴う国内外投資には
新規大型案件も多く計画されており、個のスキルアップ・レベル
向上に最高の舞台です。
また、自社プラントの設備化に携わることになるので、プロセス ●仕事のやりがい3 オーナーとして新規プロセスに挑戦できるテーマが多くあるのも
魅力です。その中で自分が設計した設備が実際に形になり、プロ
ジェクトメンバー総力で試行錯誤した末に生産寄与できた時の達
成感は何物にも代えがたいものがあります。
