概要

As a Field Application engineer / System Engineer, you will play a critical technical role in supporting enterprise customers in Japan by delivering, deploying, and supporting Storage and IT infrastructure solutions.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support pre-sales activities, system implementation, and post-sales technical support across a wide range of industries.

業務内容

Support Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to achieve business and sales targets
Proactively support pre-sales activities including product training, system design, and solution proposals
Provide technical responses to helpdesk tickets and answer product-related questions
Deliver post-sales technical support including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Collect customer feedback and report product issues to Product Managers for future Enhancements
Create and maintain Japanese technical FAQs and Documentation
Participate in customer meetings, system demonstrations, and on-site or remote technical support
Occasional domestic or international travel may be required

ヘルプデスクチケット対応および製品に関する技術的な問い合わせへの回答

顧客からのフィードバックや製品課題をPMへ報告し、製品改善に貢献
日本語の技術FAQおよびドキュメントの作成・更新
顧客ミーティング、デモンストレーション、オンサイト/リモート技術対応への参加

Competitive base salary:
¥5,500,000 – ¥8,500,000 per year
