【仕事内容】
鉄鋼業界トップクラスのグループ企業での仕事です。
マンションやビルの地震対策として柱に用いられる鉄筋の制作を主に行っています。
製造業ですが常日勤での仕事ですのでプライベートの予定が立てやすいのも魅力的です。
搬入された鉄棒を専用の機械を用いて加工していく作業を行います。お任せする作業内容は以下の3点です。
(1)鉄棒の切断・折り曲げ
長い鉄棒を専用の機械を用いて切断し、口の字状に折り曲げます。
(2)曲げた鉄棒の溶接
折り曲げた鉄棒の先端同士を溶接して繋げます。
(3)鉄棒・鉄筋の移動
将来的にクレーン等の資格を習得した際には、加工前の鉄棒や完成後の鉄筋の移動を行います。
これらの各作業を順番に経験していき、将来的にすべての作業工程を習得することを目指します。
切断・折り曲げ・溶接の作業は機械制御なので特別な技術は必要ありませんし、基本的には2人以上でバディを組んで作業をするので、不安に思うことはありません。
