技術本部では、未来のモビリティプラットフォームを作り、社会に貢献することをミッションに、以下事業を推進しています。
・受託したシステムの開発とシステム運用およびサービス提供主体としてのサービス運用
・自社で企画し提供するサービスに利用するシステムの開発とシステム・サービスの運用
・24時間/365日サービスを止めないためのシステム開発とシステム運用
・システム(ソフトウェア)の品質を高く維持するための取り組みの推進
プロジェクトマネージャーの方には、プロジェクトマネジメント関連技術、ビジネスマネジメント技術を活用し、担当プロジェクトの提案、立上げ、計画、実行、監視コントロール、終結を実施いただきます。
【求める人材】
・いずれかのプログラミング言語を用いたプログラミング経験 3年以上
・ウォーターフォール開発手法に関する基礎的な知識と経験
・プロジェクトリード、プロジェクトマネージメントの実施経験 2年以上
・ステークホルダーマネジメントの経験
・ベンダーマネジメントの経験
・課題管理、リスク管理の知識と実践経験
・バグトラッキングシステム、バージョン管理システム、プロジェクト管理システムを用いた構成管理の実施経験
・工程管理、工数管理、タスク管理のスキル
【歓迎】
・スクラム等アジャイル開発手法の基礎的な知識
・自動車(車内のシステム)もしくはMaaS関連のシステム開発・運用の経験
【給与】
年収680~860万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
