【仕事内容】

新技術開発室におけるソフトウェア開発プロジェクトを技術的にリードするポジションです。

Webサービス開発を主な対象として、少人数(4~5名程度)でのプロジェクトのリーダーポジション、もしくは技術的なリーダー役を担っていただきます。これまでの基本設計からローンチ、運用の経験を幅広く活用頂けます。

研究開発領域・トヨタグループからの受託、いずれかまたは両方を状況に合わせて担当頂きます。

【期待する役割】

新規事業の立ち上げ(企画立案~PoC)、チームメンバーとの1on1、プロジェクトの進捗管理、プロジェクトの完遂に向けた技術的リーダーシップ、社内外の関係各所との渉外業務などの役割を期待します。

使用ツール 主なプログラミング言語:Python、TypeScriptが中心(生成AI活用との親和性重視)

主なクラウド環境:AWSを中心にAzure、GCP、およびGPUインスタンス利用も含め柔軟に活用

主な開発対象:Webサービス(PC、スマートフォン、IoTデバイス向け)

その他:生成AI(ChatGPT Enterprise、各種API)を活用し、効率的かつ迅速な開発を推進

【求める人材】

・ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの実務経験が3年以上ある方

・3ヶ月以上のソフトウェア開発プロジェクト期間で、基本設計からローンチまでリーダーとして携わった経験を2件以上有する方

・プログラミング、OS、ネットワーク、データベース、CI/CD、クラウド環境の基礎知識を幅広くお持ちの方

・英語での技術ドキュメント読解に抵抗がない方

・英語でのコミュニケーション能力(ソフトウェアエンジニアリングについて技術的な会話ができるレベル)

・生成AIを活用した開発経験(特にChatGPT API、その他の生成AIサービス)

・データ分析、データクレンジングに関する経験

・インターネット全般のセキュリティ、脆弱性対策に関する経験

【給与】

年収680~860万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
