施設の運営をバックオフィスから

支える「営業事務」のポジションです。

ただ机に座っているだけではなく、

店舗スタッフさんとの交流もあり、

【仕事内容】

ショッピングセンターの運営に関わる

事務業務全般をお任せします。

・出店店舗(ショップ)の対応

・電話応対、来客対応

・経理業務(売上チェックなど)

・イベント運営補助

・PCを使った資料作成、データ入力

WordやExcelの基本操作でOK

店舗へ書類を届けたりと、

適度に体を動かすシーンも。

幅広い業務で、マルチなスキルが

自然と身につく環境です。

勤務時間詳細


【勤務時間】

9:30~18:00(実働7.5h)

週3日~勤務OK

「平日のみ」「曜日固定」など、

シフトの相談も柔軟に乗ります。

残業はほとんどありません

定時でサッと帰れる環境なので、

夕飯の買い物や、趣味の時間など

退勤後の予定も立てやすいです。

安定したフルタイムも大歓迎

「しっかり稼ぎたいから週5日」

という働き方も、もちろん可能です。
