Key Accountabilities
Play the role of Outlet Manager in his/her absence.
Accountable for the efficient operations of outlet and relevant requests from other departments while ensuring the provision of quality food and beverage service.
Ensure all staff follows the HACCP standard and participates in the environmental-friendly and 3Rs (reuse, recycle or reduce) initiatives whenever possible.
Supervisor the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of restaurant operating equipment and other assets.Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in: Greeting, seating and waiting on all guests.
Handle, or relay to manager all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service, pre-service and after-service procedures.
Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
General Requirements
Business level in spoken English. Japanese language is an advantage
