仕事内容:

・神奈川県茅ヶ崎市の湘南本社にて、人事、総務、経理など管理部門業務全般を担当する管理部門の仕事です。

当社をはじめとするグループ全体の管理業務をお任せします。

ただし、すべての業務を受け持つわけではありません。まずはご経験のある業務からスタート頂き、適性やご希望を伺いながら、業務範囲を広げて頂きます。管理部門業務を幅広く経験したいという方には、最適なお仕事です

ご経験者歓迎します。

未経験の方でも、意欲があれば教育しますので、ご応募下さい。

(人事・採用)

中途採用、新卒採用、外国人採用などグループ各社の採用業務を担当。面接から入社受入まで。

・採用計画立案、求人媒体選択

・求人票、求人広告作成

・書類審査、面接

・入社までのサポート

・就業規則、社内規定の作成、改定

・外国人社員の在留資格関係 他

(経理・財務)

・月次、年次決算

・売掛&買掛管理

・支払い業務

・伝票作成

・償却資産管理

・各種税金の納付 他

(総務)

・給与計算、社会保険、労働保険手続き

・各種資産管理

・安全衛生

・備品管理

・防災対応

・SNS、WEBでの情報発信、広告 他

(ファイナンス)

・リース

・グループの資産管理及び資産運用

・自社不動産物件の運用 他

事務作業だけでなく、合同面接会への参加や茅ケ崎市、平塚市や静岡県にあるグループ各社への訪問や不動産資産の現状確認など外出用務もあります。

まずは、ご経験のある業務や、ご興味のある分野からご担当頂き、徐々に業務の幅を広げていきます。

経理業務については、グループ各社の月次決算、本決算までご担当頂きます。業種も多岐にわたるため、ご経験が活かせるとともに、新しいスキルが身につき成長できるポジションです。

給与:

4大卒以上 月給275,000円~(試用期間中は月給235,000円~)

短大・専門卒 月給253,000円~(試用期間中は月給213,000円~)
