仕事内容:

半導体用水晶ウエハのピンセット作業スタッフ募集(クリーンルーム勤務/未経験歓迎)

最先端の半導体製造に欠かせない、水晶ウエハの加工ラインでの作業です。

スーパークリーンルーム内での精密作業が中心で、細かい作業が得意な方におすすめです。

具体的な作業内容

①水晶ウエハの取り扱い

・厚さ100㎛以下の薄い水晶ウエハをピンセットで慎重に扱います。

・取り扱い時は手袋・静電防止装備を使用し、製品を傷や汚れから守ります。

②フォトリソグラフィ加工

・ウエハに感光液を塗布し、光を使って微細パターンを形成する工程をサポート。

・機械操作や治具へのセット・取り外しなど、補助業務を中心に担当します。

③検査・仕上げ業務

・加工後のウエハを目視や専用機器で確認し、傷・汚れ・欠けがないかチェック。

・異常があれば報告し、次工程へ流す準備を行います。
