募集背景・役割概要
既存の監視・運用を理解した上で、監視プロセスの自動化・効率化・標準化を推進する案件メンバーとしてご参画いただきます。レガシーな技術スタック(VBScript、JP1、PowerShell 等)を含む現行環境において、既存仕様やログ、ジョブ定義を読み解きながら、「人が行っている運用をどのように自動化・仕組み化するか」を設計・実装していく役割です。
なお、本ポジションでは日常的なシステム監視やアラート対応などの運用業務は行いません。

自動化可否の一次判断・優先度付け
開発チーム・オペレーションデスクへのヒアリング
改善施策の提案

求める人材
必須:
業務フローの整理・ドキュメント化能力
関係者へのヒアリング・コミュニケーション能力
Excel/スプレッドシートでの分析スキル
歓迎:
VBScript、JP1、PowerShell等の経験
New Relic、PagerDuty等の監視ツール経験
n8n、make等の自動化ツール経験

勤務時間・曜日:
・8:40〜17:40(12:00〜13:00 休憩、実働8時間)
・残業なし
休暇・休日:
全週休2日制(土日祝休)
勤務地
週2出社(大手町)或いは顧客先(都内)への訪問が想定されます。
※プロジェクト内容により、リモート勤務または顧客先での作業となります。
給与:
・昇給年1回
・通勤手当(月3万円上限)
