【仕事内容】
金融機関向けフロントエンドシステムに強みを持つSI企業です。
大手銀行や証券会社、保険会社をメインクライアントに持ち、
システム開発の直接受託や、自社サービスの提案を行っています。
本ポジションはクライアントである金融機関(銀行・証券・保険会社)のIT部門またはユーザー部門に常駐し、
システム企画・開発・運用保守の社員支援を担当いただきます。
社員支援という立場で、クライアントの各部門・開発ベンダーとのコミュニケーションを取りながら、
プロジェクトや案件を推進いただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
・プロジェクト・案件推進、システム化構想企画、プロジェクト計画、要求定義、システム開発各成果物レビュー、
テスト計画、受入テスト、本番リリース立ち合い、QA対応、問合せ対応、障害対応等
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ 金融機関向け業務の経験
・ システム開発マネジメント経験(進捗・品質・問題や課題管理等のマネジメント経験)
・ 顧客との要件確認や各種報告の経験

・ システム企画の経験
・ システム保守、システム運用の経験
・ PM・PLやPMOの経験
・ クラウドの知見
・ 生命保険会社、損害保険会社、銀行のシステム開発経験

【給与】
年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
