生産工場の安定稼働を実現させるエンジニアとして、施設の保全と修理を担当

◎時間外の不具合発生は緊急呼び出し勤務で対応できる頻度(月1~2回)のため、月~金の日勤が基本

【ポジションの概要】
施設管理エンジニア(Facility Maintenance Engineer)は、生産工場を稼働させるための機械・電気等の施設設備を扱います。自社工場の施設の保全と修理を担当し、不具合があればチームで対応します。また、ベンダーと企業と協力しながら純水設備・排水設備の設計や導入工事も行います。
【ご担当いただく業務】
- HVACシステムおよび関連する空調機器、電気機器、配管システムのメンテナンス
- 施設の点検、製造部門へ影響がでる事項の報告
- 施設の不具合・故障等の緊急事態発生時の対応
- 施設状況に関する概要報告書の作成、実行すべき事項(アクションプラン)の提案
- 各種法令順守の徹底
- トレーニングやセミナー、カイゼンイベントへの参加
- 安全第一で工場の安定稼働に貢献
【求めるスキル・知識・ご経験】
- 工場等の施設における設備管理の実務経験(10年以上目安)
- 業務やプロジェクトなどでチームをリードした経験
- パソコンの基本操作(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
- 高等学校卒業以上
【語学力】
日本語: 流暢レベル以上
英語: 初級レベル以上(メールの読み書きができる程度。簡単なスピーキングに抵抗がない方歓迎)
【あれば尚可/歓迎するスキル・知識・ご経験】
- 浄水設備などの水関連設備の経験
- 電気工事士、第三種電気主任技術者
- CAD の基礎的な知識・経験(弊社は Auto CAD を使用していますが、他のソフトも歓迎)
